Z7z Terms and Conditions

01Introduction & General Information

Z7z is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between z7z and all of its users.

By registering an account, logging in, or using the z7z platform, you confirm your agreement to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Z7z reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the website when changes occur. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Account Registration & Management

A personal account is required to access z7z services. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• A valid mobile number must be provided at registration and OTP verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
• If your account details change (phone number, address), you must notify z7z Support.

03Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use z7z services:

• Age: Users must be 18 years of age or older. z7z is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Nationality: Online gaming must be legal in your area of residence.
• Mental capacity: All bets and gaming decisions must be made in a sound and alert state of mind.
• At Your Own Request: You must play of your own free will, without pressure or influence from others.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on z7z are available via mobile banking, e-wallets, and online banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Z7z may request additional verification for any transactions deemed suspicious.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Z7z regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you are typically required to wager the bonus amount 20–30 times.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, z7z reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Z7z reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method are not eligible for bonuses.

06Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on z7z:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before the game begins.
• Z7z is not liable for disconnections during a game. However, results will be determined based on the data recorded on our servers.
• If a game is cancelled due to a software or network error, all bets will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, winnings will be credited to your wallet once the result has been confirmed.
• Once a bet has been accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled.

All games on z7z operate on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology in accordance with international standards and are regularly audited by independent third parties.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z7z and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate games through hacking, software exploits, or any other technical means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using z7z for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing z7z staff or other users.

08Personal Information & Privacy

Z7z takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. Data collected at registration is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Personal information is never sold or rented to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

09Account Closure or Suspension

Z7z may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or participation in prohibited activities.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• KYC verification failed.
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion).
• Extended period of inactivity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Please note that once Self-Exclusion is activated, it may not be possible to reopen the account before the specified period ends.

10Limitation of Liability

Z7z strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, z7z is not responsible for the following:

• Issues with a game or bet caused by internet connection disruption.
• Errors or disruptions caused by third-party game providers.
• Issues with the user's own device.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account login credentials with another person.

11Changes & Updates to Terms

Z7z may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The update date will be noted on the website.
• For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
